Kayla Crane
As RVI Active’s COO, Kayla’s role is to operate the day-to-day functions of the business and drive sales. Kayla is young and motivated to grow the family enterprise alongside her parents here in Australia. Armed with a Diploma of Business and a Bachelor of Business majoring in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, there is no better candidate for the role. Kayla’s skills, patience and dedication to RVI Active are valued and appreciated by the entire working team.
Raymond Crane
Owner and inventor of RVI Active, Raymond Crane is the CEO and genius behind the RearViz Mirror. One afternoon of Ray drinking beers, playing with wetsuit material and a compact makeup mirror sparked the creation of the world’s first cyclist rear vision mirror. Raymond’s creativity and ability to receive and implement feedback lead to the development of the entire RearViz range and allowed RVI Active to eventuate in the market.
Lee Crane
Partner of Raymond Crane and mother to Kayla Crane, Lee is in charge of the manufacturing of all RearViz products. Quality control and product development are just a couple of Lee’s strengths in the business. An eye for design and considerate ability to adapt to customers’ needs makes Lee an invaluable asset here at RVI Active.
Amanda Doyle
Graduating with a Bachelor of Creative Arts, majoring in Creative Writing, Public Relations, and Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Amanda is our content creator and public relations adviser. With the necessary skills in customer relationship management and written communication, Amanda develops much of the blog content and oversees website development.
Georgia Dean
Freshly equipped with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing, Georgia Dean is RVI Active’s marketing professional who provides exceptional delivery of all social media and content creation. With a passion for creating engaging and quality visuals, developing a social community and brand awareness, Georgia is an expert at fostering a sense of involvement.
Leigh Wills
Reliability, expertise and attentiveness are just some of the key traits behind RVI Active’s account manager, Leigh Wills. Leigh sustained a Bachelor of Business majoring in accounting and HR and has since persevered in her work life, making an impact in the quality of RVI Active’s transactions. Her role is essential in the functioning of this business.
Sam Powell
Sam’s curiosity about the online business world drove him into our office with an open mind and eagerness to learn. Sam’s active engagement in sourcing products and driving sales contribute to stretching the limits of our reach and accessibility. His experience and qualifications, including a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics), Diploma of Business Management & International Business make him the perfect critical thinker, implementer, and watchdog for RVI Active’s growth and development.
